Lee Taylor

Lee Taylor has 30 years’ experience in aviation operations, including ramp operations, refuelling activities, HSSE, training and operations management for a number of JIG Member organisations. Lee joined JIG in 2019 to increase JIG’s direct operational knowledge and input into the Standards, with his key roles being Member relations and technical queries. Other responsibilities include:

• Co-ordination of the JIG Inspection Policy
• Airport inspection programme
• JIG Inspector training courses
• IJS programme
• New Member on-boarding
• Building JIG’s relations with equipment suppliers
• Coordination of the HSSE and CP Committees
• JIG’s Standards and Technical Documentation
• Content and delivery of JIG events
• Interface with Standards Working Group
• Representation at the EI

Lee is a member of the JIG Operations Committee and the HSSE Committee.
